I purchased the Wheel Around Pet Carrier from your site. I can't believe how quickly you shipped it to us! Thank you!
I just want to report that this product is WONDERFUL!
I unpacked it from the box and it only took 5 minutes to "assemble" it (if you consider popping the bottom plate on and pushing a wire into a tube "assembly").
As soon as it was assembled and I unzipped it, my doggie hopped into the carrier and TOOK A NAP! She LOVES it!
We have used it in the car multiple times, and we can't wait to use it when we fly to Arizona! The size is perfect, and the material seems to be comfortable and durable - we'll see after the plane trip.
I can't thank you enough for answering all my questions and shipping it out so quickly - I will recommend your site to all my family, friends, and clients.
