It is no argument that dog and pet owners think of their pets as children. With that in mind, then every little dog should have a car seat for their safety during travel by car. A dog or pet can sustain serious injuries or be thrown from the car if an accident happens during your trip. We have many styles and prices to chose from including the Outward Hound car seats up to the Pet Auto Cruiser Car Seats.
A pet restraint such as our car seats or Guardian Gear seat belt harness is recommended. The Guardian Gear Seat Belt Harness attaches to any cars existing seat belt. Cost varies depending on size of your dog and weight.
Does your yorkie terror set on your shoulder or sleep on your neck while you are driving? Car restraints (carseats and safety belt harnesses) will keep the dog less mobile while traveling in your car.
Does your yorkie terror pace the back seat and cry, begging to get in the front seat with you? Car seats leave dogs more content since they act like booster seats and elevate them so that they can look out the window.
Pet Car Seats keep your dog secure while traveling. This makes for a more enjoyable ride for your pet, therefore making travel easier for you! Choose one of our pet car seats today for you and your pets safety!

Customer Comment Regarding Pet Stow Away Carseat: ( Now called the 3 in 1 Car Seat )
This 'Travel System' is the BEST thing I have bought for my 'Spoiled Rotten' little boy, Bravo. I put him in his harness, attach the safety strap to the harness, and I NEVER have to worry that he will 'fly' out of his seat if I am hit or have to stop fast. I keep toys, food, water, cookies and wee wee pads in the 'suitcase' part, and he is never lacking for the 'necessities' of a Yorkies life. You had the best price and made a very smooth transaction, from time of placing order to receipt was less than a week. Thank you for providing 'THE BEST TRAVEL SYSTEM' for my little boy 'Terror', he is the love of my life, and I want to keep him safe and happy. Thanks again. Ann and Bravo Scandiffio, Mint Hill, NC.
Restraints to Keep Your Dog Safe
Pet Auto Safety Tips - Using Restraints to Keep Your Dog Safe
By Dawn Ross
There are over 6 million auto accidents every year. Car accidents are caused by multiple factors including drunk driving, reckless driving, driving while on a cell phone, and so on. Although you may not engage in any of these dangerous activities, you still have other drivers to consider. Protect yourself, your family, and your pet by eliminating distractions while you drive, by driving defensively, and most importantly, by making sure that you and everyone else in your vehicle is wearing a safety restraint.
Eliminate Pet Distractions Most dogs love to travel in the car and many pet owners love to oblige them. But dogs don’t understand that the driver can not be interrupted by a sniff in the ear or a friendly lick. Some dogs can be overly excited when in the car, bouncing from window to window. This can be a dangerous distraction for the driver. Your pet can still enjoy a ride in the car but be safely restrained. Dog car seat belts or dog car barriers can be used. Your pet may not understand it at first, but it won’t take long for them to get used to a dog car seat belt or a dog car barrier.
Driving Defensively and Keeping Your Dog Safe Driving defensively means looking out for other drivers. You have probably had to swerve out of the way of another driver not paying attention or someone driving recklessly and cutting you off. You may be able to avoid such an accident, but what about your pet? What could happen if you had to make a sudden stop on the freeway and your dog was not harnessed in? A smaller pet could have been thrown onto the floor. A larger pet could have had his nose or head hit on the dash, breaking its nose or causing serious injury to the spine. Protect your pet by keeping them in a cat or dog carrier or by having them wear a dog car seat belt.
Have Your Pets Use Safety Restraints There are many pet auto safety products on the market that protect dogs and cats when they travel . Dog car seat belts are comfortable and allow your dog to lay down or sit and still sniff through an open window. A dog safety car seat provides some form of restraint as well as cushioning. And dog or cat carriers keep pets in a secure enclosure.
Keep you, your family, and your pet safe when traveling. Seat belts and other safety restraints are a good idea for every passenger. Your dog will still love the ride in the car and you will have peace of mind knowing that your pet will have protection should the unexpected occur.
