You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We must be notified of all returns prior to recieving and returns must receive a return authorization number. All returns must be accompanied with a name, email address, order number, and your address for proper credit. Most importantly, please indicate the reason you were unsatisfied with the product. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected mailings. Refunds will be made by check or credit issue to your credit card.
