You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We must be notified of all returns prior to recieving and returns must receive a return authorization number. All returns must be accompanied with a name, email address, order number, and your address for proper credit. Most importantly, please indicate the reason you were unsatisfied with the product. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected mailings. Refunds will be made by check or credit issue to your credit card.
1. All returns require an authorization number.
2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Regular returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
5. Returns without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will incur a 20% restocking fee.
6. Returns that are obviously used will incur a 50% restocking charge.
7. All returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment date.
8. You must contact us for the CORRECT return address.
9. Returns without original packaging incur a 30% restocking fee.
10. For any refused package or any returns to us due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card, less shipping charge plus 10%.
